Unwanted or Unsuitable Items

If you are not 100% happy with your product, you may return the product within a reasonable time (usually 28 days) and in original, undamaged packaging. Unfortunately we are unable to cover return shipping costs for items that were received correctly but are simply unwanted or unsuitable. A refund will be processed as soon as we have received the items back.

Damaged Items

It is your responsibility not to accept or sign for an order which is visibly damaged. If you receive an item which has been damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible or call 028 3754 9998 . We endevour to provide a replacements in the shortest time frame. This will not affect your statutory rights. You are responsible for sending the item back to us and you will be reimbursed for the shipping cost.

Faulty Items

If you receive a faulty item notify us of any problem within a reasonable period of time. You are responsible for sending the item back to us and we will reimburse you for the shipping cost.
